TERMS OF SERVICE

• You must be 18+ or older to commission me. You must be 18+ to privately message me on any social media platform I am part of. 
  
  

• All prices listed are in USD and must be paid through PayPal.
  
  

• *NOTE*: You can provide a general theme, aesthetic, mood board, song, etc. 

• I WILL NOT TAKE CHARACTER POSE, INTERACTIONS, EXPRESSION descriptions and other specific stuff, this is all up to me to decide. Unless I ask for it specifically.

• I ask that you give me artistic freedom. 
  
  

• At the time of paying for the invoice, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service (provided in the invoice), and that the first half of this payment is non-refundable. (THIS IS A CONTRACT UPON COMMISSIONING ME THAT YOU AGREE TO UPON PAYING FOR THE INVOICE.)
  
  

• Half or Full payment must be made before I start. I allow payment plans of up to 1 month of planning. 

• I DO offer payment plans! ^^^^ - (Up to 2 payments max.) There is a 3% charge to compensate for Paypal's transaction fees. Full payments Upfront negates the 3% upcharge.
  
  

• Current time constraints require that I may limit one request per customer per month. If there is an available commission slot, you may inquire or check my available queue slots on Trello.
  
  

• When I give you a time that I can get it done, I will get it done at that said time. Please do not ask to push it off, real life comes up and it messes with future scheduling. 
  
  

• Please allow for 1 month for your piece to be completed. (Sometimes it can get done sooner! I will communicate!!)
  
  

• You will need to provide a Character Reference sheet of your character, failure to provide a PNG/JPG/etc. of your character will result in a surcharge of $30.
  
  

• I will provide progress updates on request and make edits if they are a fault on my part. Please make sure to provide clear and up to date reference material to avoid unnecessary changes.
  
  

• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason but I will provide justification.
  
  

• All sales are final, no refunds.
  
  IMPORTANT: Upon commissioning a piece I require at least 50% upfront to hold your place in my queue. That initial 50% is non-refundable

• Excessive gore
  
  

• Political characters
  
  

• Anything that incites hate or violence of a specific group
  
  

• Extreme kinks including; gore, scat, Shota/Loli play, Human nuggets (can be negotatied with Inflatable characters NON-HUMAN), Feral play (Feral animals, excluding Dragons & Equines/MLP), Cub/Children

• I work! My shifts are split; so bare with me on what I can and can't get done! I will communicate as needed.
  
  

• Please have all the information available and ready at the time of us communicating.
  
  

• After the Line-art process, no changes can be made.
