COMMISSION PROCESS
Note: This is the process in which commissions are handled as well as extra important information that can be found more in depth over at my T.O.S page.
IMPORTANT: Upon commissioning a piece I require at least 50% upfront to hold your place in my queue. That initial 50% is non-refundable
ALSO IMPORTANT: Due to time restrictions, I am only able to take on so many commissions at a given time per month. I am taking a lot longer on these pieces and would prefer to produce quality over quantity. Please see my trello for updates.
STEP ONE
When you've decided on what you want, you can DM me on Discord! Horo#4040
Required upon DM:
- Character Reference Sheet
- General Idea of the piece, mood board (optional), song, aesthetic, theme, etc.
- Preferred option of NSFW/SFW
- Paypal Email
- Render option and any extra details
- Other information that is vital to the commission piece.
I MAY ask for pose references, expressions, moods, etc. But if I don't, please allow me artistic freedom!
STEP TWO
I send you a Paypal invoice including your quoted price that we both have agreed on.
You pay half (50% up front is non-refundable) or full payment upon receiving the invoice.
I give you a general idea of when the piece can be completed/ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).
STEP THREE
You are free to ask for updates! (If I'm not streaming it in one session.) But after every stream, I send updates of the progress that I have completed. Do NOT ask me for an update EVERY single day, I work a RL Job and my availability varies. I am mostly free on the weekends to do a lot of progress on your piece.
I only accept 2-3 opportunities to make changes, but after the line-art phase, no changes can be made. You will receive the rough draft sketch phase prior to line-art.
Once your piece is completed, you get the full resolution! (No .CSP file)
